Shipping Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and images of a signed POD copy (if possible).

Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide a resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.

In case of wrong / junk / incorrect address given by customer we will not be responsible if package is lost.
in case the package is returned back return charges are applicable to customer, followed by another courier charge for re-shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Pawfect99 has every intention to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or used products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except In case of any problem or quality issue with the product.

Since we work on a sustainable model with limited stock that too is made to order, we don't accept order cancellations, however we do  replace the product in case of any quality issues. All you need to do is reach within 3 days of delivery or drop us an email at shipping@pawfect99.com with received product photos and order Id.
